Batuhan Tuncel was graduated from Istanbul Commerce University, Faculty of Law. Upon graduation, he has accomplished his education at Frances King School in London, United Kingdom on Economics Law and Legal English, after that He has accomplished International Economic Law program at Augsburg University, Faculty of Law.

Batuhan Tuncel advised and represented many local and multinational companies particularly on structuring commercial partnerships, distributorship, franchise and agency agreements, preparing their contracts, conduct and termination of these relationships and disputes in these fields.

Batuhan Tuncel has been involved in the unfair competition case of one of the worldwide known Technology Company and has provided legal consultancy to one of the well-known exporting company in the field of Contract Law, in terms of negotiating terms and conditions as to commercial expectations of the Client and evaluating terms and conditions to be in compliance with applicable law.

Batuhan Tuncel has experience in competition law compliance, Competition Board investigations, clearance filings for mergers and acquisitions and individual exemption applications. He advised many clients in merger and acquisition process and negotiation of their agreements.

He also advises clients on E-Commerce, medical devices, veterinary products, food supplements, agricultural laws, regulations and industry-specific contracts.
